Prithvi Haldea, an M.B.A. (1971) from BITS Pilani, is the Founder-Chairman of PRIME Database Group, India’s premier database on the capital market since 1989. The Group’s flagship product is www.primedatabase.com which provides comprehensive information on all types of capital issuances as well as on takeover open offers, delisting offers and buybacks. PRIME has a large body of subscribers and is widely reported by the media.
Haldea is presently on the GOI Council of Experts for Financial Sector. He is also a Member, among others, of SEBI Primary Market Advisory Committee and SEBI Committee on Reviewing Disclosures and Application Forms in Public Issues. He is a member of Advisory Committee on Individual Insolvency and Bankruptcy of IBBI and Member of the Editorial Board of ICSI.
